Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

Normal handling of the product is acceptable, but damage due to careless use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used, damaged, or altered through no fault of Montforde.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Important: Never send returns to the sender’s address. The official return address will only be provided after contacting us. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, provided they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their trade, business, or profession.
A. Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, have received the goods.
As Montforde operates a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the goods and then proceed with a return. You may, however, inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@montforde.com with a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Transit Delays
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur. Once goods are in transit, cancellation cannot be processed. For faster handling, please provide us with a shipping confirmation when returning your items.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs (except in cases where you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping).
Refunds will be made promptly, no later than 14 days after we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
